In the Tyrone minor league, NCC defeated Cappagh Gaels, and Lisbellaw (3/7/13) at Clochóg before losing their first to Dungannon (Mon 8/7/13). The league title was up for grabs but with a number of key players out of action, the young Cilles never came out of the blocks and fell in the end to a heavy defeat.

The seniors, with a bare 15, met league leaders Cushendun in the Antrim ACHL at Clochóg (Sun 7/8/12). It finished 8-14 to 2-10 to Fir na nGlinntí. It was a fair enough Cilles effort given the circumstances. On Wed (10/7/12), a full squad gave an honest hours hurling to defeat Ros Earcáin (Rasharkin) 6-12 to 2-10 on a well manicured Clochóg pitch. Two much needed Antrim league points were garnered here.
